Introduction:

HDPE 7000F is a high density polyethylene film grade.

High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) is a thermoplastic polymer made from petroleum.

How to produce:

Polyethylene, also called PEs, are produced as part of the thermoplastic material by polymerization process. Polyethylene is actually derived from the chemical synthesis of ethylene.

Applications:

As one of the most versatile plastic materials around, HDPE plastic is used in a wide variety of applications, including plastic bottles, milk jugs, shampoo bottles, bleach bottles, cutting boards, and piping. Known for its outstanding tensile strength and large strength-to-density ratio, HDPE plastic has a high-impact resistance and melting point.

Safety and important points:

Product(s) should be stored in dry and dust free location at temperature below 50oC and protected from direct sunlight and/or heat, well-ventilated area, away from incompatible materials and food and drink, as this may lead to quality deterioration, which results in odour generation and colour changes and can have negative effects on the physical properties of this product. Store in original container in tidy.

Keep container tightly closed and sealed until ready for use. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Do not store in unlabeled containers. Use appropriate containment to avoid environmental contamination

The storage area should be stable and not be slopped. The product is not classified as a hazardous material.
